Upon searching this website I found RFK,JR comments in several different threads. I believe he warrants a thread of his own, in that he is the only liberal who threatens Slo Joe's re-election. Either by outright defeating him (unlikely) or as a spoiler in the general election.
First, he has to get on the ballot in the 50 states. This is a difficult proposition.
Politico.com has an article that provides information on requirements of the different states in order to be on the ballot.

Utah is firstt with a deadline of Jan 6, 2024 and it requires that a VP candidate be named. Who will RFK, JR, name?

I have seen some polls that have him stealing more votes from Biden than President Trump. Will the DNC offer him an important cabinet position to get him to drop out?

American Values 24, the PAC, supporting Kennedy has laid out its strategy for his 2024 presidential run. They will be concentrating on gaining ballot access in 7 states. They are Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan,New York and Texas.
Interestingly they are bypassing Colorado.
“Based on our legal guidance, we believe we won’t be able to support ballot access in Indiana, Colorado and Nevada. The seven states we will initially focus on have a total of 183 electoral college votes and some of the highest populations in the country,” said AV24 co-founder Tony Lyons.

The Colorado democrat machine is all in for Biden and is fighting Kennedy's attempt to get on thee ballot.

One thing I love about Colorado politics is that they make it easy for alternative parties to get on the ballot. Usually ten choices for President. Hopefully RFK JR'S team will reconsider getting ballot access here.

Just to show how difficult it is to get on a ballot in a state for the Presidential election.

Utah is the first state to put Robert F. Kennedy Jr on its 2024 presidential ballot. He is an independent candidate.

The democrats fought and lost to keep him off the ballot in Utah.

As noted previously the DNC will make it impossible for RFK,Jr to be on the democrat as well as independent ballot.
"The North Carolina State Board of Elections, following a request from the North Carolina Democratic Party, unanimously voted on Tuesday that President Joe Biden will be the only Democrat on the Tarheel State’s primary ballot this year."

The DNC has accomplished this in Florida and Tennessee, also.

Democrats really need to reexamine their latest fetish for removing candidates from ballots. Let the voters decide, not politicians and judges.

It is the height of hypocrisy to say Trump attacked democracy on January 6th when they are stripping candidates from ballots.

They don’t care about “democracy”, they just want their sheep to believe Republicans are trying to take it. There is no greater threat to a democracy that to have one party align with government law enforcement and the judiciary in order to pick and choose who can lead the people.

Those of you on the left that don’t see how dangerous this is need to study a little history and wake the F**k up!

It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

It is official Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. will not be on the democrat primary ballot in the state of Colorado. The ballot was certified 1/11/24. What the ballot has is Slo Joe and the 7 dwarfs.
