All abilities welcome. Light refreshments provided.

Meet at Buchanan Rec Center Trailhead and walk, hike, bike, roll, or stroll along usable trails at Elk Meadow Park.

Staff and volunteers will be on hand to fit riders into adaptive bikes as well as to ride along with them. Get familiar with adaptive bikes, learn safety tips, and enhance your skills for successful rides.
